5MeO-DMT is naturally found in the venom of the Colorado River / Sonoran Desert toad. As a conservation effort, more and more facilitators are choosing to work with synthesized Five instead of extracting from the beleaguered toad.

Not to be confused with “DMT” (N,N-DMT), 5MeO is the strongest psychedelic known to humans, due to its reliability to induce non-dual states of Oneness (still no guarantees!). At lower doses it is a beautiful somatic medicine that welcomes Love to offer fresh insight into challenging situations. Effects come on rapidly and are short-lived.

In order to maximize trust in the medicine which helps you surrender, we dose with a 3-tiered method all in one ceremony:

• The Handshake introduces you “gently” to the medicine; even though it may come on with surprising strength, it lasts about a minute. It can be pleasantly somatic and meditative.

• The Hug starts to palpitate the edges of the ego and can feel uncomfortable. It often brings attention to stuck energy in the body with the impulse to move it out.

• The Full Embrace has the potential for full lift-off where you may or may not be aware of what your body is doing as your consciousness is in a state of Bliss, Oneness, and Love. It usually lasts about 10-15 min with a longer tail to continue receiving.

This stunning medicine is not for the faint of heart. In a full release state, your body may present in a variety of ways: screaming, moaning, thrashing around, or sitting still as a stone. I consider this a cathartic release of stagnant energy. It is my job to keep you physically safe from harm. It may be necessary to include a co-sitter.
